Our Love Story
Roch and Olivia met in August 2020. The two were students at Winona State University and met at a friends house. Things started slow as they dated in the fall. Roch asked Olivia to be his girlfriend on October 6, 2020.
The couple enjoyed college together until Roch moved home to the Twin Cities for trade school. For a while, Roch and Olivia dated long distance, visiting each other on the weekends. Some of their favorite memories include the exciting drive to see each other.
Roch then moved to Lewiston, Minnesota for work and to be closer.
Roch and Olivia were often found visiting coffee shops, thrift stores or hanging on Garvin Heights in Winona. The two also enjoyed traveling. Some notable trips include visiting family in New York and the many weekends in the Twin Cities.
Olivia finished school in Winona and got a job in Rochester, Minnesota.
Shortly after, Roch started planning to ask Olivia to marry him. He got all her friends and family involved in the scheme (she is very hard to fool). On January 28, 2023 Roch got down on one knee on Garvin Heights in Winona, where the couple watched the sunrise on their first date.
The duo now reside in Rochester, Minnesota, keeping busy with their cat Kenobi and dog Clover.
